Official Terms & Conditions Welcome to D2C Music Group Distribution™, a premium independent distribution service for artists, producers, and creators. By submitting music or using our distribution services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ownership, Rights & Legal Compliance All music submitted to D2C Music Group Distribution/Services must be owned by you or you must have full legal rights to distribute it. Submitting your music confirms that you have the authority to grant us permission to:

Distribute Your Music across streaming platforms, radio outlets, and promotional channels
Advertise & Promote your music using artwork, metadata, titles, and descriptions
Broadcast & Stream your music through partnered networks
Use Submitted Materials solely for distribution, marketing, and promotional purposes

D2C Music Group Distribution/Services does not own any music submitted or distributed.

All rights remain with the artist or rightful owner.

2. Artist Earnings Artists retain 100% of all profits generated from music sold through D2C Music Group Distribution™. We do not take royalties, percentages, or backend cuts

3. AI Produced Music AI generated or AI assisted music is fully allowed for distribution. You must own the rights to the final audio file.

4. Submission Requirements To maintain consistency and platform compatibility:

All songs must be submitted in MP3 format only
Files must be final, mixed, mastered, and ready for release
Metadata should be accurate and complete at the time of submission

5. Distribution Term & Renewal

Your distribution and streaming service term lasts one (1) year from activation.

You may renew your distribution term at the same price for an additional year

6. Permissions Granted to D2C Music Group Distribution/Services

By submitting music, you grant us permission to:

Distribute your music globally
Advertise and promote your releases
Pitch your music to radio, playlists, curators, and promotional partners
Use your artwork, titles, descriptions, and metadata for marketing
Host, stream, and broadcast your music across partnered platforms
Create promotional materials featuring your music or artwork
Maintain your music in our catalog for the duration of your distribution term

These permissions are non exclusive and revocable upon cancellation of your distribution term.

7. Compliance & Content Restrictions You agree that all submitted content :

Does not violate platform rules or legal standards
Is free of unauthorized samples, stolen content, or unlicensed material

D2C Music Group Distribution/Services may remove or decline content that violates these rules.
